Delete your StudentOn account

This page lets you ask for your account on StudentOn (studenton.in and the StudentOn Android app) to be permanently deleted.

How to delete

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Type DELETE below and press "Request deletion".
  3. Our team reviews the request and deletes the account within 7 days. You can cancel the request until then.
  4. In the app: Account → Delete account does the same.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered email or with your registered phone number, and we'll delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account, name, phone number and email
  • Tutor profile, photos, documents, reviews about you and wallet
  • Your posted requirements
  • Your chats and messages (for both people in the chat)

What is kept

  • Reviews you wrote about tutors stay visible, shown as "Former student" without your name.
  • Payment records held by our payment provider (Razorpay), as required by law.

Once deleted, the account cannot be restored. Unused wallet coins are lost.
