Rachna Maheshwari

Good morning, and thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Rachna Chande. I have completed my M.Sc. in Mathematics from Sardar Patel University, Anand, and my B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from V.P. & R.P.T.P. College, Vallabh Vidyanagar. I have over two years of teaching experience across different educational settings. I started my teaching career at HJD Institute, Kera, where I taught Mathematics and Statistics, prepared lesson plans, supported students with their learning needs, and contributed to examination-related activities. I also served as the Head of the Co-Curricular Activities Committee. After that, I worked at Sanskar School, Mundra, where I focused on lesson planning, classroom teaching, student assessments, remedial teaching, and tracking students' academic progress. I also collaborated with parents and school administrators to support students who needed additional academic guidance. Later, I worked as an online tutor, teaching Mathematics, Statistics, and Accountancy. This experience helped me develop my online teaching skills and use digital learning platforms and MS Excel to make lessons more interactive and monitor student performance. My teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, practical examples, regular practice, and individual attention. I believe that every student has a different learning style, so I try to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can use my subject knowledge, teaching experience, communication skills, and technology skills to help students improve their academic performance while continuing to grow professionally. Thank you.
